Core Psychology
The core psychology behind the Montessori method is centered around
respecting the natural development and self-directed learning of children. Maria Montessori, the
founder of this educational approach, believed that children have an innate drive to explore,
discover, and master their environment.
Allowing children to work at their own pace and make
choices about their activities is crucial. This self-directed learning fosters a strong internal
motivation, self-discipline, and a lifelong love of learning. The mixed-age classrooms also support
this, as younger children learn from observing and modeling older peers.

To join our Montessori teacher training program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

minimum age requirement of 18 ensures that our trainees have the maturity and life experience to
fully engage with and apply the Montessori principles in the classroom.
